Refund/Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from THE EAGLE.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability and quality inspection.

2. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, worn or altered.
  • Original tags, packaging or proof of purchase are missing.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery.
  • The exchange request is made after the 7-day period.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Shackets
  • Final Sale or Non-Returnable products
  • Sale items, unless received damaged or defective

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Any damaged, defective or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged after the exchange request is approved.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, the product must be self-shipped to the address provided by THE EAGLE.

6. Packaging Requirements

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels and original packaging must be intact.
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

7. Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, the exchange will be processed.
  • Customers will be notified regarding the status of their request via email or WhatsApp.

8. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Changes to shipping details, size or products are not permitted after dispatch.

9. Rejected Returns

A return or exchange request may be declined if:

  • The product does not pass quality inspection.
  • The item shows signs of use, washing, or damage.
  • The return was sent without prior approval.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

10. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be covered by THE EAGLE.
  • Shipping costs for size exchanges must be borne by the customer.

11. Processing Timelines

  • Exchange and return requests are typically reviewed within 48 hours.
  • Approved reverse pickups are usually scheduled within 7 days.
  • Refund is issued within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

12. Final Approval & Liability

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to product inspection and quality checks.
  • THE EAGLE reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
  • Decisions made by THE EAGLE regarding returns, exchanges and refunds are final.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
